Kitchen Design

Kitchen is important to the catering business. It has many staff walking around and working; with a large quantity and variety of goods, with different storage requirement and frequent turnover. For Food Safety, the storage,process, cooking and garbage disposal requirement is more strict. 

In a kitchen where high quality dishes comes out should requires  wide space, good ventilation, strict control of temperature and humility. In it, full of complicated processing kitchens requires different MEP coordination and construction base. 

Different kitchen rooms should be connected by well designed streamline and logistics, which include the consideration of every step of dealing with goods arrival, storage, processing, cooking, dish out and garbage recycle. 

As to the equipment, it will include the coordination with MEP, say, power supply, soiled water and grease disposal, safety action during every link. power efficiency, equipment maintenance cost.

Every piece of the equipment is chosen based on  accurate calculation. Different dishes, quality will affect the final choice of the equipment. Whether the supplier of the equipment has continued research and development capability, and their manufacturing capability and where they purchase their material are all our responsibility to follow up. We will also compare the investment of purchasing and cost of maintenance to judge which one is suit for this project. 

All these processes during design work will involve of our study of the popular Chinese and Western dishes processing, modern logistics, building construction,   heating and ventilation, electric, gas, etc all related professional knowledge. We do regular research on the manufacture technical development of equipment, material, manufacture market policy, maintenance capability and so on. 

So, we can say, kitchen is not only about food, it 's a complicated system full of high technology application.
